We have successfully identified and rectified the recent issue that impacted the FRA region. The root cause was traced to our cloud service provider, and corrective actions have been implemented swiftly.
All affected projects should now be fully operational. We will continue to closely monitor the situation to prevent any recurrence.

Upstream cloud provider error in the FRA region

Some projects in the FRA region were affected by an upstream error with our cloud provider. The issue was fully resolved within 1 hour and 7 minutes.
We continued to monitor the health of the affected projects and noticed no ongoing issues.
