We sincerely apologize for any disruption this incident has caused.

We have released patch v1.38.2, now available on Meilisearch Cloud. Users experiencing task processing issues on v1.38.0 are advised to upgrade to v1.38.2 to resolve the issue.
Users currently in version v1.37.0 or below are not impacted.

We identified and resolved an issue that impacted our email sender reputation due to abuse causing spam. Some emails from our platform may temporarily be flagged as junk. We are working to restore normal delivery. Please check your spam folder for any expected emails in the meantime.

We have identified the root cause and have applied an update to address it. New projects can now be created again in the Frankfurt region.
We are monitoring the situation.
